Documentation autosaves every few seconds with a visible “Saved on device” stamp, and anything still waiting to reach us keeps retrying on its own. Nothing a caregiver writes is ever discarded because a sync failed.

A caregiver can verify a visit three ways: from the app with GPS, by tapping an NFC tag inside the client’s home, or by calling in from the client’s own phone line for caregivers without a smartphone. Each one records the six elements US federal EVV requires — who received care, who delivered it, the service, the date, the location and how it was captured, and the start and end times. Verifications are never edited. When something looks wrong, it opens an exception for a coordinator to work rather than quietly changing the record, and the finished visits export to Sandata, HHAeXchange, and AuthentiCare.

The family view is built from a list of permitted fields rather than a list of hidden ones, so anything new your clinicians record stays invisible to families until someone deliberately shares it. Every family look at a record is logged, the same as any other access.
